Shipping to Cyprus
Orders to Cyprus are shipped via Kronos Express and BoxNow. The estimated delivery time varies depending on the selected carrier.
International Shipping
For deliveries within the European Union, shipping is handled by DHL. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from order confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery Delays
The company COMFORT LINGERIE E.E. is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors. In such cases, delivery times may be extended accordingly.

RETURNS

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return part or all of the products purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt (article 4 of law 2251/1994). The condition for returning the product in this case is that it has not been worn, is in its original packaging intact, has not been damaged in any way, has not been unsealed and you have the proof of purchase available. For your convenience, check products that arrive to you at the time of delivery for obvious defects in the products themselves or in their packaging.
In case you want to make a change the process is very easy. Call us at 2312317272 and tell us the product you would like us to send you. The shipment of the new product in this case is done exclusively by General Postal. The return of the original product is made to the distributor upon receipt of the new product. Regarding the exchange costs are 3€ per shipment, regardless of the quantity of products and includes the shipment of the new product, with simultaneous delivery of the product to be returned to the distributor.
For shipments to Cyprus or European Union countries, there is no possibility of change.

In case you do not wish to change to another product, there is the possibility of a refund.
The procedure in this case is as follows:
You pack the parcel in its original packaging and on your order sheet you note the reason for the return and the Iban of the account to which you wish to make the refund, if your original order has been made by cash on delivery. If the return is made to a bank account outside Eurobank, the cost of transfer is borne by the customer. If the order has been paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, the money will be refunded directly to the respective account. The return costs are 3€ and are charged to the customer. The amount of 3€ is deducted from the original amount of the refund.
